๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: our body is made mostly of water, stay well-hydrated for improved endurance, cognitive function, and overall health. ๐ฅค
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: Most people have very stressful lives, the gym can be very helpful to release stress and negativity. Try to use this time to take care of yourself, instead of getting more frustrated about what you couldn't do. ๐คฏ
๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ : you might need some time to adjust, make sure you listen to your body, take it easy for the first few sessions if you need to. โ๏ธ
